I need something new for mine. I think the Corolla's speakers are shot. Front ones for sure anyway. Paseo needs rear speakers... but they're a pain to get to.

My fronts are shot again but I think a bigger speaker is in order... too small and not powerful enough to make me happy.

you're deaf :)

i can never get my setting right. the Paseo's headunit is the worst. like 400 options beyond the regular hi, mid, low

I had one like that and replaced it with on with significantly fewer options... sounds just as good with half the setup headache.

yup. the Pioneer in the Paseo has several setting just for the amount of Bass that goes to the rear speakers (not counting Fade), plus Loud, but Low freq setting, ugh. The AWIA in my Corolla has a control specifically for the subwoofer in addition to the Low.

I'd just assume buy a random mp3 player, you can get twice as much for the same price..... paying for the damn name!

i refuse to buy one, at least not for the price they want. I have... too many mp3 players. A 20gb and a 40gb that were both free. i use them... never. I have my entire MP3 collection available throughout my house (I have a wireless device that allows access to my mp3s on my computer and play em through the stereo)... plus a mp3 player in the car, and i sit in front of a computer at work. why would i need something else.

oh, i do have the Motorola ROKR. Holds 100 mp3s on that, and i've use it for music a handful of times.

working out requires a mobile form of entertainment... I get bored with the 1GB mp3 player I have now but I'm too cheap to buy a new one.

that does seem to be the problem w/ my ROKR. 100 songs doesn't give me many full albums. i need to just use it as a collection of songs. not full albums where i'll only listen to 1/3 of the songs.
