did you tape off the air vents, or remove em. i remember trying to remove em and it was the biggest pain in the ass. then Toyota wanted to charge me $600 to re-install them, cause i lost a wash, or clip or something, when i popped one out. (they already had the car to fix the window, figured i get em to do that too... until they told me the retarded price)

Like "gold" paint: it's always just some copper in it. I wonder how you get the horn panel off on this thing? Can't find a manual for a Seo and I'd just like to deep clean mine, and the "Tuff Stuff" doesn't cut 14years of hand spooge. Same problem with the automatic shifter: looks like crud, no shine either.

If no answer, I'll just assume you simply PULL the dang thing.

Damn, I can't remember what the trick is for the horn panel itself. There are a number of torque bolts holding the wheel on. Do you have an airbag?

Oh yeah, the horn panel is the air bag unit, there is a torque screw on either side of it and then it should pull off.
